We provide ongoing support for our subscription free software.
(1) One Hour Consult
$500/hr
- Remote consultation
- Review any and all data that the client has
- Answer any questions client may have
- Review and audit SOPs
- Teach Crop Steering techniques
- Review and audit Facility design
*During consultations we will not be providing SOP’s we will be reviewing clients data and answering questions. In order to receive SOP’s clients can partner with our company.*
(10) One Hour Consults
$400/hr x 10 = $4,000 total
Save $1,000 by purchasing 10 one-hour consultations upfront! Customers will be able to schedule appointments based on consultant availability.

Facility Design
$3 per square foot
- We work directly with your architectural and electrical engineers to design your facility layout
- We create lists and diagrams for the following equipment (architectural engineer will have to make final schematics)
- Climate control systems
- HVAC/dehumidification
- Lighting
- HAF Fans
- Irrigation/fertigation/drainage systems
- Grow room bench layout
*If you want equipment provisioned or a facility walkthrough, you must cover all travel expenses plus an additional $1,000.00 per day onsite*
Remote Consulting
$0.50 per square foot per month of the facility in perpetuity. This does not include any design work.
- One meeting every week for one hour to discuss status of facility and any current/future events
- One day on-site audit fee listed above will be initially charged then deducted from first payments
- Up to two (2) site visits per year for two to three consecutive days (Client covers travel expenses)
- Design and supply material lists and installation drawings for upgrades to irrigation and Pinnacle climate control systems
- Define and provide IPM routine
- Remote assistance directing proper installation and implementation of new fertigation, and Pinnacle systems
- Supply and build site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”) based on on-site visits and assessments and in Pinnacle’s reasonable discretion; and train staff on how to accomplish assigned tasks (following Pinnacle’s SOPs) and input data into cultivation management software for Pinnacle to analyze.
No yield target must be achieved for Pinnacle to receive compensation
Remote Consulting + Control
$1.00 per square foot per month of the facility in perpetuity. This does not include any design work.
Pinnacle will monitor and control all aspects of the facilities climate and irrigation.
- One meeting every week to discuss status of facility and any current/future events
- One day site visit fee listed above will be initially charged then deducted from first royalty payments
- Up to two (2) site visits per year for two to three consecutive days (Client covers travel expenses)
- Design and supply material lists and installation drawings for upgrades to irrigation and Pinnacle climate control systems
- Define and provide IPM routine
- Remote assistance directing proper installation and implementation of new fertigation, and Pinnacle systems

One Day On-Site Audit
$10,000 + Travel expenses
- Site visit will encompass a full audit of all procedures and equipment
- Post-visit report of findings + equipment list for recommended upgrades
- Review data while onsite
- Client must provide; Facility blueprint, irrigation system/ design, substrate, HVAC load per room, dehumidification capacity per room, employee breakdown and count, written SOPs
- Information must be provided one week before we fly out
